Regarding the Indonesian market, Hyundai Motors Indonesia (HMID) is currently evaluating the potential introduction of the Ioniq 9. Fransiscus Soerjopranoto, Chief Operating Officer of HMID, indicated that the vehicle is under consideration for the Indonesian market, acknowledging the local preference for spacious vehicles capable of accommodating multiple passengers.
As of now, there is no official confirmation on the Ioniq 9’s release date in Indonesia. However, its global rollout is set to begin in 2025, starting with South Korea and the United States.
