 Franchisor to deliver the Franchise Disclosure Documents to the prospect
 Prospect to submit Franchise Application Form (please click Canadian Version or U.S. Version to download) with non-refundable deposit
 Prospect to submit at least one location for franchisor to investigate and approve the application
 Prospect to pay the balance of the initial franchise fee
 Both parties to sign the Formal Franchise Agreement

 Construction and Preparation
 Trial Opening
 Grand Opening
