Our Concept
Inner Mongolia Little-Sheep Catering Chain Co., Ltd. (hereinafter refer to as the “Little Sheep”) is a foreign-funded shareholding company, founded in August 1999 in Baotou, Inner Mongolia. Little Sheep specializes in Little-sheep hot pot chain restaurants. Its other business activities include the condiment processing and meat processing.
“Little-Sheep Specialty Hot pot”, innovated the traditional way of serving hot pot which requires many kinds of dipping sauces. In the contrast, it blends flavor into the soup base so that the food can be fully enjoyed as it is without any sauces. The ingredients of Hot Pot seasoning contain dozens of Chinese herbs and spices charactering fresh and tender meat, soup with long lasting savor, fresh lamb even after being fully cooked. The integration of special flavoring and meat has been developed into Little-Sheep Specialty hot pot with strong food culture of Mongolia nationality.
Little Sheep has three holding subsidiaries (including Hong Kong Little Sheep Holding Co., Ltd, Canada Little Lamb Corporation, Inner Mongolia Little Lamb USA Corporation), the co-partnership Company( Little Sheep Japan Corporation), five Branches, two meat bases, the condiment base, the marketing sales Branch and the logistic Branch. Nowadays Little Sheep has 326 chain restaurants covering 34 provinces (including Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan) in China. Additionally, there are also Little Sheep restaurants in USA, Japan and Canada.
In 2002 Little-Sheep went through ISO9001:2000 International Quality Management System & National Environment-Friendly Food. Little Sheep Condiment Branch and Little Sheep Meat Branch also went through HACCP International Food Certification soon after. In November 2004, the words and picture of “小肥羊&Little Sheep” were recognized as famous trademark by Administration Bureau for Industry and Commerce of China. In March 2005, Little Sheep was awarded the leading relief enterprise by the state Council. On June 2nd 2006, Little Sheep reported to Premier Wen as the representative of private enterprise of Inner Mongolia municipality. In July 2006, Little Sheep cooperated with the famous international investment companies, such as “3i Group” “Prax Capital”, and obtained foreign capital introduction about $25 Million.
In Recent years, Little Sheep successively was awarded various honor, including“Top 100 Restaurant in China”, “Top 500 Enterpise in China”, “Top 500 Enterprise in Quality in China”,“Well-Known Foods of Inner Mongolia”, “Well-Known Hot Pot in China”, “T0p 500 Service in China”, “Top 500 the Most Valuable Brand in China”ect. These achievements advanced the further development to a certain extent.

Little Sheep has developed trademark brand with national specialty in China through the support from social circles and staff’s effort. Under Directorate’s leadership, Little Sheep developed first-industry, second-industry and tertiary-industry, opening up the overseas market on the base of domestic market and developing into the century-old restaurant.
